Financial Statements

NETWORK exercises sound fiscal responsibility in managing its financial resources. Our annual operating budget is approximately $1million, of which 85% is invested in low income families, seniors and adults in need of short term assistance.

NETWORK was incorporated July 1985 as a not-for-profit corporation and opened its doors on July 3, 1986. A volunteer Board of Directors, whose members come from across Dallas County , contribute their time and expertise to govern NETWORK of Community Ministries, Inc. Directors are elected for a term of three years.

The NETWORK operations are led by the CEO who is ably assisted by a coordinating team composed of senior staff members. The NETWORK staff includes only five paid staff and over 500 volunteers working within the three divisions: Emergency Services, the Adolescent and Children’s Clinic and The Seniors’ Net.
